Odil To'laganov was born in Tashkent under the zodiac sign of "Pisces". Since his childhood, when he was interested in singing and art, he enrolled in the vocal department of the Gliere Music School in the capital.
After graduating from the music school, he enrolled in the pop singing faculty of the State Conservatory of Uzbekistan to further his education. During his studies, Odil To'laganov actively participated in various events and competitions. He began his professional career in 2004 with the song "Muhabbat".
The singer's songs "O'n bir soniya" and "Soya bormi" are among his hit tracks. To date, Odil To'laganov has presented nearly 20 songs and 8 music videos to his fans. The singer collaborates with poets such as Timur, Shahnoz, and Ibrohim Jiyanov, and with composers such as Shahnoz, Nasrullo, and Ravil Gimazutdinov. He was a participant in the "Umid yulduzlari" competition in 2002, the "O'zbekiston Vatanim mani" competition in 2004, and an international festival held in Malaysia in 2010.
